Aberystwyth Students’ Union is proud to return home from the NUS Charity Employee Engagement Survey Awards 2023 with an ‘Overall Employee Satisfaction All Stars’ certificate.
The Award Ceremony took place at Birmingham Guild of Students during the NUS SU Strategy Exchange on 29th November 2023.
During the awards AberSU were thrilled to be awarded with an ‘Overall Employee Satisfaction All Stars’ certificate for our overall results in the 2023 Employee Engagement Survey.
Employee Engagement Survey
All unions or associations that participated in the Employee Engagement Survey this year could submit their case study against different categories. This year 42 unions/associations surveyed their staff and student staff.
Aberystwyth Students’ Union (AberSU) achieved the highest score in the entire sector for sharing knowledge and learning across the organisation.
AberSU were also thrilled to score within the top 10 of all unions for ‘Reward’ and in the top 10 for employees hoping to stay with the SU for more than 12 months (retention).
