What are your top tips for coping with exam stress?

Continue to take time for yourself. Whether that is hanging out with friends, going for a walk on seafront, taking a break and clearing your mind is very important during exam season.

Take breaks and work out what kind of learner you are e.g visual learner etc. Go to the seafront and do stuff that makes you feel more centred.

Remember to leave enough time for other activities - you don’t have to spend every minute of the date revising.

Go on walks and try to spend time with your friends. We all get stressed during exams and it is always nice having someone to talk to. Invite your friends to study and revise together, even if you don’t study the same degree.

Take the time to study properly and don't leave it all to the night before an exam. Make sure you take breaks to do what you enjoy. Have snacks at the ready!
