Mindful Walking for Exam Stress

Learn how to unhook from feelings of stress and worry with the practice of mindful walking.

The session will take place outdoors at a gentle pace on grass and will be guided by Hussam an experienced mindfulness practitioner from the (Aberystwyth university) Student Wellbeing Team.

Please bring suitable clothing and footwear appropriate for the day.
