Name:
Millicent Hackett
Role:
Media Sales and Events Coordinator
Where is home?
I was born in Bedford but have been in Wales since 2018.
It’s your last meal on earth…what’s on the menu?
I’d have a loaded charcuterie board of cheese fruits and cured meats with dippy cheese and bread and a sticky toffee pudding to finish.
Outside of work, what are your favourite pastimes or hobbies?
I like running, cycling and baking and trying different cuisines from around the world. I love going to concerts and can't wait for my favourite artists to release more music.
What do you love about working in Aberystwyth?
I love Aberystwyth so much as the community here is just so welcoming and I hope to help new students love it here as much as I do!
If you weren’t in your Undeb role…what would you be?
Probably some soulless corporate job, Yay!
Before working here, have you had much involvement with the students’ union or student groups?
I was the last Undeb Aber President and was involved in multiple clubs like Netball, Harriers and ASS before that. I'm on committee of Harriers this year so hopefully I'll see you running!
Tell us interesting fact about yourself (something people may be surprised to learn):
My Spotify top artist has been Sabrina Carpenter for 4 years running now
Why did you join the team here at Undeb Aber?
Its something I'm interested in and I get to work with the great team at Undeb Aber again.
