Charity Knit-a-thon

Join us for a 6 hour knitting / crochet marathon to create warm accessories (hat/gloves/scarf) for the British Red Cross on the 8th of Feb 12.30-18.30pm Senior common room Pantycelyn.

Everything made will be sent to a collection point that can be then distributed to service users i.e. refugees and asylum seekers, folks admitted into hospital who may not have the appropriate clothes.

All equipment is provided and patterns will be beginner friendly. This is a charity event so donations welcome. It is open for anybody (members/non-members alike) and feel free to come and go throughout.
