Hi, welcome to the Aberystwyth University Airsoft society (AUAS)!
We take part in skirmishes at sites across Wales and West England, with the closest site we use being only 20 minutes away via car.
We play a range of different games, from military simulations to close quarters combat, but if you’re new to the sport then don’t worry! Not only is it a simple sport to grasp the basics of, we also provide training days for all of these different game types. These training days go from covering the basics, such as general rifle safety, to more advanced tactics and techniques that can be used at a competitive level.
Speaking of competitiveness, the society does take part in competitions with other university clubs, and we would love to see new people join the club and form teams to continue to grow our name within the competitive community. But don’t worry if that’s not for you – we have plenty of games that are just about having fun and enjoying ourselves! So if you think you might be interested, come to one of our weekly socials and say hello! We’re a friendly bunch who just want to have fun, and we hope to see other people come to love our sport just as much as we do!
