As one of the fastest growing sports clubs in Aber, we welcome all ranges of ability and experience. Whether you're wanting to train for fitness, competition or enjoyment this is the place to be.
We are a friendly but competitive group of athletes ranging from beginners, right up to those competing at national level. We have a fantastic team of coaches to help all who are working towards their individual targets. We cater for a huge range of athletics and running events, including all track distances, road, trail and cross country running. That said, you don't even have to be keen on these events to be part of the team, you can come along to our weekly circuit sessions and get a full body workout to keep yourself in great shape!
We also like to relax and enjoy each others company out side of training by organising soical events and going out Wednesday nights!
