We are Aberystwyth expeditions society, the outdoor society of variety. Throughout the year we aim to run a number of exciting trips, both day trips and weekends away as well as our weekly socials. We hope you’ll join us on these adventures and make lifelong friends in the process. Each year we also have a summer tour to some far-flung destination, previous trips have included the West-highland way, Iceland, and Sweden. So if spending your weekends walking, climbing mountains, mountain biking, and camping to name but a few of our many activity’s sounds like fun then you’ve found the right Society as we provide all of that and so much more in a safe environment where you and your passion for the outdoors (and the odd bit of partying!) can and will be nurtured and skills developed.
The expedition society is dedicated to the inclusion and acceptance of all members regardless of age, race, ethnicity, ability, culture or nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religious affiliation, socioeconomic status and marital status.
