Applications for the first Aspiring Leaders Camp supported by the Aber Fund are now open.
Due to take place over the weekend of the 15th – 17th February 2019 at Urdd Residential Centre in Llangrannog.
This FREE residential camp is open to all Student’s Union Volunteers as well as those interested in being further involved in union-led activity including, Academic Reps, Club and Societies, Peer/Department Mentors, Volunteer Officers and Volunteering including projects such as the A-Team.
The camp is an opportunity for those attending to reflect on their leadership and learning styles as well as develop new and existing skills which you will be able to use to a greater impact on campus.
The three days will include workshops, team building and outdoor activities while being particularly of interest to those wanting to play more of an active role in student life or may be considering standing in our elections.
All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance and will be able to log their hours for the Aber Award.
