Sam will guide you through a workshop of self discovery and gentle methods which you can implement in your own way and time. The workshop aims to shed a light on current challenges of self image, expression and acceptance and on how we can transform negative states of mind into beneficial ones with most ease and joy.

With this style of navigation and support we can move towards more kindness, acceptance and appreciation of ourselves.

In today’s climate, anxiety, self image and expression can be a challenge for so many of us in a variety of unique ways. This workshop will aid you in giving more clarity and support wherever you are currently at.

When we start to reflect and decode our inner challenges we can drop our ‘inner baggage’ in order to gain more inner space, understanding and compassion to our situation. We therefore allow more room for self acceptance and ease in life.

It is said that most of our anxiety and worry comes down to our excessive thinking about things out of reach, i.e. 40% about worrying about the past which we cannot control and 40% about the future which we don’t know about yet. Therefore when we start to become more present in life we access a huge amount more energy and stability. Sam will take you though the basic principles and practice of mindfulness, meditation and the art of contemplation (being un-busy) as effective health and productivity hacks. By changing our mode of thinking in this way we can create a fresh, unique, healthier and creative approach to life.
